About UFCA

Dear Falcon Family,

I am honored to serve as the Head of School of United Faith Christian Academy.

Let me tell you a little about myself. My wife, Cheryl, and I are former missionaries to the country of Honduras where we served for 12 years. We raised our three daughters overseas and we came back to the states to help transition the girls into high school and beyond.

Upon our return in 2002, I was appointed as a campus pastor at UNCC where I served for the next four years. Cheryl started teaching at UFCA that same year and all three of our daughters are proud to be Falcon graduates (Classes of 2005, 2006 and 2010). Somewhere along the way I began subbing at UFCA and eventually was asked to teach one morning class, then two, then three … and the rest is history, as they say. I came on full time at the school in 2006 and have been here ever since.

I have served in a variety of roles at UFCA: high school Bible teacher, campus pastor, chapel/advisory coordinator, community service coordinator, dean of students, assistant principal and interim head of school.

The call to become the Head of School came in May of 2016.  Working together with a tremendous Leadership Team and a caring Board of Directors, I am looking forward to seeing what God continues to do at UFCA.

Thank you for your continued trust in this ministry … United Faith Christian Academy.

Now let’s work together to make it great!

Sincerely,

Windy Woodall

Head of School
