What is the average class size?
The average class size for lower school is 11, middle school is 16 and high school is 24.
What are the school hours?
Lower School (K-5) hours are 8:00am – 3:00pm
Upper School (6-12) hours are 7:50am – 3:10pm
Do you provide transportation?
We do not provide transportation at this time.
Is United Faith Accredited?
Yes, we are accredited with ACTS and SACS CASI.
Tuition Assistance Offered?
We believe it is our ministry to keep tuition affordable for our community. Therefore, we have partnered with SMART AID and Your Tuition Solution to assist with financial needs of parents who apply for financial aid and third party objectivity. Please contact the Business Office Manager, at x231 with additional questions.
Are all academic Teachers Certified/Licensed?
Yes, all of our academic teachers have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and are either state-certified or certified by our national accrediting agency.
What if I’m interested in STEM Programs?
We’re more traditional than technology based overall. However, everything you want for your child from a typical stem program such as strong math curriculum, critical thinking, hands on interactivity, etc. – we offer.
Do you offer separate classes for students with learning needs?
No, we do not offer separate classes or reteaching of information at UFCA. We offer self contained classrooms. We do not have the training or resources to support learning needs outside of mild to moderate.
Do you have an International Student Program?
Yes, we attract students from around the world. Our International Student Program student body typically makes 15-18 High School students.
Do you offer Before & After School Care?
Yes, we offer supervised care before school and after school. Program fees vary depending on the plan selected (drop-in or unlimited). Availability is limited and any student expecting before or after school care for the current school year must complete an application and pay a registration fee.
How Tuition is Paid?
All annual tuition may be paid in full and families will receive a 3% discount on annual tuition if paid in full. We use SMART Tuition for processing and tuition collection. Smart Tuition offers families a number of payment options. Re-enrolled students, currently using SMART tuition, will automatically have their accounts rolled over for the upcoming school year by the Business Office.
Are there any tuition discounts?
Yes, we offer multiple child, clergy, fire, police, EMT and active military tuition discounts.
What is the age requirement for Kindergarten?
All students must be 5 years old by end of August to be eligible for Kindergarten.
How many credits are required to graduate?
We require all students to obtain 24 credits upon graduation. Students are also required to have Bible credit every year of attendance.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, all of our students are expected to dress according to “Appropriate Dress” guidelines whether on campus during the academic day or while attending extra-curricular activities.
Does my child need to have prior experience in order to play sports?
No, everyone is welcome to be a part of an athletic team of their choice regardless of prior experience. Each sport has an official try-out to determine teams and placement. Try-out time and dates are posted throughout the school and on our sports calendar.
